He worked under Chef Art Smith at Joanna Trattoria in New York City, owned by Lady Gaga’s family.

What to Expect

                                   Course 1:  Sesame crusted summer squash

  Heirloom tomato, charred mini peppers, white bean puree, herb vinaigrette

Paired with Mannequin Chardonnay by Orin Swift

Course 2:  Crab Toast

House made ciabatta, smashed avocado, pickled Fresno chili, jumbo lump crab, chili aioli, micros

Paired with Conundrum white blend

               Course 3:  Sourdough Cavatelli

Roasted wild mushrooms, baby bok choy, dashi broth, shredded soy braised short rib

Paired with Four Graces Pinot Noir

                         Course 4:  Pretzel and chocolate torte

Pretzel crust, pistachio, pomegranate

Paired with 8 years in the dessert by Orin Swift (zinfandel blend)
