Authentic Thai food served Family style from one of the top chefs in Delray Beach!
At the age of fourteen, Sopanut Sopochana moved to New York. Living in the Bronx without any knowledge of English or a helping hand to guide him wasn’t a challenge. His dream was to not work for others but himself. Beginning as a dishwasher, his motivation strived, given to serve as General Manager for the renowned SPICE Group in NYC, managing over 4 restaurants.
When Mr. Sopochana turned 28 , his vision grew even wider, opening his first restaurant in 2008 located in downtown Manhattan, “cafeteria ” near NYU which was a big hit and later followed by “Sura Thai Kitchen” in 2010 and a second “Cafetasia” in 2012 that sadly came to an end in 2015. He didn’t give up there. He now stands in Florida. He started his way up from a server to now the owner of “Eathai” located in Delray Beach, serving authentic and modern Thai. With the help of his son, Chayapon Shane Sopochana, he later on opened a dessert cafe located in Boca Raton called @thetreecafe_boca Following his tracks to serve authentic and traditional Thai cuisine, who knows what he is up to next?
